LIM will continue to operate as a small private practice that offers standard medical care options as well as other naturopathic healthcare services to individuals and families. What Do We Offer?
- preventative screening exams for all ages
- a variety of diagnostic labs and treatments including: imaging orders, labs, prescriptions, wound care, minor surgical procedures, BHRT, childhood vaccines
- holistic therapies: botanical medicine, specialty labs, body work, nutraceuticals, diet therapy, PRP, IV therapy
- day-of or week-of visits for established patients

Greetings! I am Dr. Jessica Bridges and the director of LIM. I am honored you found us! I am excited to continue to serve this amazing community. Outside of work, I am a mother of two and I spend my free time rock climbing, painting, hiking and gardening.

I am Dr. Ben Hawthorne. I completed a residency at Bastyr University in 2018 and have since been in various clinical settings practicing primary care medicine. My clinical interests include men's health, family medicine, sports medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. Outside of my career, I am a husband and father of two daughters and an avid white water kayaker and paraglider.

I follow a Functional and Integrative Medicine approach with a focus on hormone balancing and managing chronic health conditions. I aim to combine natural medicines and therapies with standard of care diagnostics, laboratory testing, imaging and appropriate referrals.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking,
